En esta ocasión, para la posición de** Becario de Operaciones de Marketing **que da apoyo a las tareas relacionadas con la operación de marketing tales como:- Generación de reportes/dashboards para dar visibilidad de cumplimiento de procesos- Capacitación sobre procesos y políticas del área a Becarios, Brand Managers y otros integrantes de marketing.- Monitoreo a cumplimiento de políticas mediante monitoreos sostenibles ejecutados por el área de marketing y operaciones- Actualización y seguimiento a políticas cuando se detecta una oportunidad o necesidad**RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES**- Monitoreo y capacitación de los procesos de marketing en LACAM como: creación y aprobación de materiales promocionales y educativos, contratación de speakers (médicos), eventos independientes, plataforma de Veeva Vault PromoMats (materiales promocionaes).- Detectar errores en los diferentes procesos de marketing LACAM y tener acercamiento con gerentes y becarios para acciones correctivas- Actualización de políticas y procedimientos locales- Generación de reporte de material promocional y educativo mensual para México, SPECC, Colombia y Brasil.- Gestionar accesos a carpetas compartidas y herramientas utilizadas por el equipo de marketing en LACAM- Apoyo para la recopilación de datos solicitados por el área de Ética y Cumplimiento.- Relación con proveedores y agencias externas.- Alineación sobre nuevos procesos u oportunidades en su entendimiento**HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS**- Responsabilidad y cumplimiento con sentido de urgencia- Análisis- Foco al Detalle- ** Power Automate**:- Planeación- Trabajo en equipo y liderazgo sin autoridad- Administración del Tiempo- Comunicación escrita y verbal asertiva- Creatividad e innovación- Proactividad y propositiva- Actitud por el servicio.**OTROS REQUERIMIENTOS**:- Avanzado en PowerBI, Excel, Power Automate**INTERACCIONES**Becarios, Brand managers, Gerentes de Venta, Representantes de Venta, otras áreas de soporte (finanzas, MCE, Procurement, RRHH), médicos y directores de área.Lilly does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.WeAreLilly
