Reconocida compañía norteamericana en el sector de servicios empresariales , está en búsqueda de su Business Unit Manager en Tijuana o Mexicali (México). Esta persona liderará un equipo de representantes y profesionales remotos con enfoque en crecimiento de cuentas, gestión de clientes y excelencia operativa. Rol estratégico con visibilidad directa ante la alta dirección Trabajo con clientes internacionales en un entorno multicultural Cultura progresiva, colaborativa y enfocada en resultados Bonificaciones por desempeño y oportunidades de desarrollo profesional Reportando directamente al CEO global, sus principales responsabilidades serán: ¿Qué harás en esta posición? Liderarás la operación diaria del equipo remoto, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos y satisfacción del cliente Impulsarás estrategias de crecimiento de cuentas y relaciones comerciales sostenibles Coordinarás esfuerzos con equipos de marketing, ventas, operaciones y recursos humanos Velarás por el cumplimiento de políticas internas y normativas externas, con foco en optimización de procesos Mínimo 5 años de experiencia liderando equipos o gestionando cuentas Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito) Experiencia previa con clientes y/o equipos en Estados Unidos Perfil estratégico, con habilidades analíticas y de liderazgo comprobadas ¿Qué recibirás por parte de ellos?
