Role and Responsibilities**Specific responsibilities may include, but not be limited to, the following key responsibilities.**- Record accounts payable invoices and assign them to proper accounts and cost centers.- Reconcile accounts payable statements.- Verify the accuracy of vendor data and revise any errors.- Perform special projects and additional assignments by your supervisor or manager.- Willingness and ability to adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies as assigned.- Assist in other areas in accounting as needed.- Participate in cross-training efforts that support personal development and provide departmental coverage.- Complete the daily, weekly, and month-end reporting of costing and prepare reports as required or as requested.- Work at a pace to complete the work within the assigned schedule.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $28,800.00 - $35,200.00 al mesBeneficios:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Estacionamiento gratuito- Seguro de gastos médicosPago complementario:- Bono anualTipo de jornada:- Diurno- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutinoEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Idioma:- English (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
