Job Description:This Role in a Nutshell:Position Summary:This position reports directly to the Vice President, Recruiting. The Sr. HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting a wide range of Human Resources activities including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and various other projects throughout the yearRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESOnboarding- Schedule new hire orientations- Foster a welcoming onboarding process and assist with the preparation of new hire materials- Work closely with hiring manager, payroll, and IT to support smooth onboarding- Responsible for onboarding paperwork including preparing the offer letters, reviewing employment eligibility documents, obtaining direct deposit information and ensuring that required forms are filled out properlyHow you will make a difference:- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws- Follow-up with the consultant and client for timesheet approvals- Provide ad hoc reporting as neededWhat will give you an advantage:- 3+ years of related experience and degree preferred- Superb interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels, both verbally and in writing- Exhibits a high degree of confidentiality and proper judgement under pressure and in sensitive situations- Excellent attention to detail; strong ability to prioritize, plan, and organize time- Flexible, self-motivated team player with ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision and consistent willingness to support other team members- Expertise in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Teams- Experience with recruitment, HRIS workday systems a plusWhy become a Guardian:International Environment: Grow your network internationally and collaborate across the world.
