We are seeking a highly skilled MS Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and implementing MS Dynamics 365 solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to analyze their business requirements and develop tailored strategies to meet their unique needs. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management, and strong communication skills.**Responsibilities**:- Design, configure, and customize MS Dynamics 365 solutions based on client requirements- Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and translate them into technical specifications- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MS Dynamics 365 implementations- Develop user manuals and training materials for end-users- Stay up-to-date with the latest software updates and advancements to provide the best solutions for clients- Work closely with project managers to ensure successful project delivery within budget and timeline- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of project processes and deliverables**Requirements**:- Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM entities- MS Dynamics administration, workflows, configuration (including UI / form development/web + unified client interface)- Security, reporting / dashboards, migration- Custom development (including Unified Service Desk)- Omnichannel, web resources, data integrations, and CRM solution file management.- Good in SQL Queries
