K Auto has been a trusted name in the classic and muscle car world for over 60 years. We specialize in supplying hard-to-find parts for American classics, from engine components to brake and suspension systems. Our mission is to keep automotive history alive by making sure enthusiasts, restorers, and shops can find the parts they need.**What You’ll Do**- Support sales and customer service teams by processing and updating orders- Research part specifications and availability, including rare and discontinued items- Keep product data accurate and organized in our CRM and inventory systems- Report website or data issues to the right teams- Suggest improvements as we continue to modernize our operations**What We’re Looking For**- Familiarity with American classic and muscle car parts (1930s-1980s)- General understanding of how cars and key parts work (e.g. brake pads vs. rotors, spark plugs, etc.)- Experience from at least one of these: working in a parts department, as a mechanic, in restoration, or as a hobbyist- Typing speed of 60+ WPM- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Comfort using modern web-based tools (CRM, Shopify, inventory platforms)**Preferred Qualifications**- Passion for cars, ideally as a hobbyist or restorer- Experience in automotive parts customer service or sales- Background with Shopify, CRMs, or inventory tools**Why Join K Auto?**- Learn directly from experts with decades of experience in the classic car world- Be part of a supportive team that values ideas and problem-solving- Benefits include paid holidays, vacation, sick/personal time, health, dental, vision, and 401(k)**Our Core Values**- **Technology Fluency** - You learn new systems quickly- **Independence & Efficiency** - You plan ahead and execute fast- **Humility** - Nothing is beneath you when building the business- **Respect** - We treat customers, vendors, and each other with appreciation- **Balanced Intensity** - Focused work without ego- **Clear Communication** - Concise, responsive, and professionalPay: $18,000.00 - $22,500.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
