Ofrecemos soluciones integrales en reclutamiento, selección, administración de personal y consultoría, siempre con un enfoque estratégico y personalizado.**Estamos buscando un Customer Service Specialist**Si tienes carrera terminada, experiência en el puesto en empresas de logística y eres bilingüe, queremos conocerte Este puesto requiere organización, atención al detalle y habilidades de comunicación para mantener una relación cercana con los clientes.**Responsabilidades**:- Gestionar requerimientos y solicitudes de los clientes.- Mantener contacto constante con el cliente para seguimiento y soporte.- Inspeccionar material y asegurar su conformidad.- Dar seguimiento a retrabajos y procesar material no conforme.- Llenado de reportes y documentación correspondiente.- Atención y resolución de quejas de clientes.**Requisitos**:- Carrera terminada en áreas afines.- Experiência previa en servicio al cliente o áreas relacionadas en el ramo de la logística.- Bilingüe (inglés-español).- Capacidad de comunicación efectiva y manejo de relaciones interpersonales.- Habilidades organizacionales y atención al detalle.- Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas y sistemas de control de materiales.**Tipo de puesto**: Tiempo completo**Ubicación**: Parque Industrial**Horario**: Lunes a Viernes de 9 a 6 pm**Sueldo**: Sueldo Fijo + Prestaciones superiores a las de ley**Sueldo**: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mes**Escolaridad**:- Licenciatura trunca o terminada**Experiência**:- Servicio al Cliente: 1 año (Deseable)**Idioma**:- Ingles Avanzado (Obligatorio)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
