We help our customers to automate front-office tasks, streamline customer communications, and boost their online reputation.**Main activities and responsibilities**Answer Customer / Technical / Billing Support CallsContact Businesses or Private Individuals by Phone occasionally (outbound calls)Submit Trouble TicketsAssist with Heavy Data EntryProvide Assistance to Direct SupervisorOther general office duties**Skills and requirements**Attention to DetailA strong attention to detailStrong technical background, including troubleshooting skillsExperience with troubleshooting and problem diagnosisExcellent communication skills (both oral and written), including the ability to explain very technical concepts in layman’s termsPossess the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks according to urgency and importance while remaining calm and focusedExperience in operating in a ticket based support systemSome administration experience with either Linux or Microsoft Windows.Demonstrated experience in working directly with customers in a non-scripted technical environmentWindows OS environment skills (XP, Vista, 7, 200X Server)Degree in or Current Computer Science, Information Science or Technology major or related degree/major- Preferred Skills:Mac OS environment familiarity (A PLUS BUT NOT NEEDED)Experience with remote connection tools (ie: LogMeIn, WebEx, Join.me)Technical writing experienceVarious database technology skills (such as MS SQL Server) a plusSecurity and Networking experience a plusSalesforce and Jira experience a big plus**Salary**: From $12,260.00 per monthWork Location: One location
