The process and requirements for certification can vary, making knowledgeable support essential.- Customer Interaction: In this sales representative role, you will handle a variety of outbound calls. These may include inquiries from prospective customers interested in our services, existing clients seeking assistance or information, and some who may wish to cancel their subscriptions. Your role is crucial in providing comprehensive support across all customer interactions. Customer Interaction: Customers typically find Concealed Coalition through ads on Google or Facebook. If they start but don’t finish the buying process, you will call them almost immediately to help complete their order.- Hot Leads, Not Cold Calling: This is an outbound call center position, but it involves contacting hot leads. These are potential customers who have already shown interest, visited the website, and provided their phone number for follow-up.Call Volume and Sales: On average, you will make about 250 calls a day. Approximately 1 out of 5 calls will result in the customer answering the phone, and you will average 4 sales per day.Versatile Support: As a sales service rep you will assist customers in understanding the certification process, answer their queries, sales of the product and ensure they feel supported every step of the way. Your ability to pivot smoothly from one customer scenario to another is key to providing seamless and effective assistance.LogisticsCompensation: The position pays $ 8 to 9 US dollars per hour plus 4% commission. Your hourly rate is paid weekly.**Schedule: This is a part time role of 30 hours per week. Wednesday through Friday 12pm to 8pm CST and Saturday 8am to 5pm CST.**Remote Work Requirements: This position is fully remote and requires a quiet home office setup, including a computer, headset, and reliable high-speed internet. Equipment is not provided by the company, and Chromebooks and MacBooks are incompatible with our systems.Benefits: After 90 days, employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off.The Good, Bad, and UglyNature of the Job: This customer service role involves significant phone time, providing assistance and resolving customer queries.
