**About the Role**We're looking for a driven, consultative, and strategic Mid-Market Growth Account Executive to join our Uber for Business team in Mexico City. In this role, you'll own a portfolio of mid-market customers and drive growth by uncovering new opportunities, expanding product adoption, and strengthening long-term relationships.This is a high-impact role focused on upselling, cross-selling, and commercial excellence. You'll partner closely with stakeholders across sales, customer success, and operations to ensure your clients get the most value out of the Uber for Business platform.This is a hybrid position based in Mexico City (3 days/week in the office).**What You'll Do**- Own and grow a portfolio of high-potential mid-market accounts- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Uber's product suite- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers- Understand client goals and challenges to tailor strategic solutions- Lead contract negotiations and renewals with a value-first mindset- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementations and product adoption- Use Salesforce and other tools to forecast pipeline, track progress, and report results**What We're Looking For**- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in SaaS) with a proven track record in account management and revenue growth- Experience managing a quota in a mid-market or enterprise environment- Strong ability to navigate complex organizations and influence C-level stakeholders- Data-driven decision-making and commercial acumen- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English**Why Join Us?**At Uber, we believe in dreaming big and delivering bigger.
