Located in Toluca Plant, MX, you will be a key part of our North American Center of Commercial Excellence responsible for supporting large independent distributors and OEM customers in the US.- You'll be working with the North America Center of Commercial Excellence, supporting Gates US operations and Gates Mexico.- This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will ensure that customers receive the best service possible through processing orders timely and coordinating with other functions as required.- You'll be an individual contributor.**Key responsibilities**:- Entering customer orders in Oracle accurately and within established standards- Monitoring the touchless order dashboard daily and remove system holds to progress Customer orders to the Distribution Centers for fulfillment.- Supporting key accounts by proactively escalating shipment delays and acting as the primary point of contact regarding escalations, scheduling and shipping.- Supporting Customer Chat channel- Initiating & expediting production as needed to meet customer requested delivery dates.- Assisting daily operations as needed.- Customer Portal Management.**ABOUT YOU**- Full proficiency in **English.**:- BS/BA **Degree required**.- Strong attention to detail.- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines.- Ability to work effectively with other teams and senior-level executives.- ** 2 - 4 years' experience**in** Customer Service** preferably with a multi-national company- Strong communication abilities.- Oracle is a plus.**WHY GATES?**Founded in 1911 in Denver, Colorado, Gates is publicly traded on the NYSE.
