Business Development Leader

Task and Activities:
- Facilitate meetings with prospective clients seeking training certification preparations.
- Develop tailored proposals in collaboration with the operational team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and gaining approval from the immediate supervisor before presenting to clients.
- Represent the company at industry fairs and regional events to expand the client base.
- Manage proposal tracking and maintain accurate records in Smartsheet.
- Report directly to the Consultancy Manager in Mexico, while collaborating with regional directors for cohesive coordination.
- Ability to generate sales leads without prior contacts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in consulting services and commercial areas.
- Education in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
- 4-5 years of experience in the commercial sector.
- English mandatory.
- Availability to travel if required.
- Location: Mexico City.
- Previous knowledge or experience in sustainability services or related fields (desired, not mandatory).
Work Modality:
- Hybrid (Office-Home Office).
