I'm looking for experienced **Service Desk Agents** to provide service to a retail company:- The service is provided from 7am-11pm, you will have to be full available at the beginning since the scheduled will be provided by operations according to your metrics according your performance, we work only 5 days a week, you will always have 2 days off.- You will have a full paid training that will be really short (just a couple of weeks).- At this moment, we are still working from home, however, eventually, we will have to assist to the site,(AGS), however, if you keep up the great work, you might be working from home for a while.- Due to this situation, we request you to have 50Mbps and we will provide 750mxn monthly additional to your salary to cover this requirement.- As for the salary, we offer 107mxn per worked hour, monthly (if you work your complete 40hrs) you will be receiving 18K before taxes.- We will also provide all law benefits from the first day and private insurances for you and your direct family once you hit the 90 days in operations.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $18,000.00 al mesHorario:- RotativoPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de la vista- Seguro dental- Seguro de vidaEducación:- Bachillerato terminado (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Service Desk: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
