_**Responsibilities **:_- Deliver contractual savings by executing Sourcing projects as per the agreed process- Responsible for understanding and achieving deliverables, PR to PO requests, reporting, and work effort across the team.- Responsible for uploading PS/Contracts/NDAs on Client’s tools.- Market research, RFPs, savings oriented.- Direct contact with Managers (tactical or strategic) to support and follow-up on projects.- Ensure success against all contractual commitments at a category level (strategic and tactical).- Metrics and SLAs validation for the region.- Must have in-depth knowledge of a global strategy within a large corporation and be able to drive and identify additional opportunities with client resulting in additional scope.- Monthly status reports (Spend, suppliers, projects).- Work with Category Manager and implement Category strategy while working on sourcing projects (tactical or strategic)- Analyze Spend Data to identify Sourcing projects:- Generate Data from ERPs / BI systems- Analyze the data (AP, PO)- Cleanse and classify the Data- Identify sourcing projects (proactive, reactive- Execute end to end of sourcing projects (spend analytics, proposal creation, approval to execute, identify suppliers, develop strategy, carry out bids, negotiate with suppliers, lock down the contract with selected supplier(s), push the contract terms to purchasing ERP for compliance)- Drive supplier performance, demand management savings and increase category compliance.- Must have in-depth knowledge of a global strategy within a large corporation and be able to drive and identify additional opportunities with client resulting in additional scope- **Requirements**:_- 4 + years of working experience; at least 4 years of relevant (Procurement/ Sourcing) experience.- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of S2P platforms (via excel, pdf) macros concepts.- Data Visualization.- Apttus, SAP experience.- Basic Knowledge of Six Sigma /Lean Concepts.- Exposure to interaction with Global Suppliers and key stakeholders.- Proactive, searching for new solutions to improve current processes.- Negotiation skillsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno de 10 horasPrestaciones:- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vales de despensa
