**Job Title: Legal Recruiter (Law Firms)**:**Job Type**: Full-Time Contractor**Workplace**: Remote**Schedule**: Monday-Friday, U.S. business hours (PST preferred)**Compensation**: USD (DOE)**About HireHawk**:**About the Job**:We’re seeking an experienced Legal Recruiter with a strong track record sourcing and hiring lawyers, paralegals, case managers, and other legal professionals for U.S.based law firms.This role requires an in-depth understanding of the legal recruiting landscape, including familiarity with personal injury, employment law, and litigation practice areas. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and closing offers—while partnering closely with client stakeholders to ensure seamless placements.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven ability to identify and engage top legal talent, this role is for you.**Core Responsibilities**:- Source, screen, and recruit qualified lawyers, paralegals, case managers, and legal assistants for U.S. law firms (primarily in California and Texas).- Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other sourcing platforms.- Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to different legal specializations (e.g., personal injury, litigation, workers’ compensation, employment law).- Partner with the People & Compliance team to ensure seamless onboarding and documentation.- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline health.- Stay current on trends in legal hiring, compensation benchmarks, and bar association guidelines to ensure informed recruiting decisions.**Requirements**:**Must-Haves for the Role**:- 3-5 years of proven experience recruiting for U.S.based law firms.- Strong knowledge of legal roles, terminology, and workflows (e.g., case management, litigation support, demand writing).- Demonstrated success filling positions such as Case Manager, Paralegal, Lien Negotiator, and Intake Specialist.- Experience managing multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously.- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.- Fluency in English (bilingual English/Spanish preferred).- Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. business hours (PST overlap required).**Nice-to-Haves for the Role**:- Prior experience recruiting for remote and hybrid legal roles in LATAM or the Philippines.- Familiarity with compliance requirements for independent contractor agreements.- Knowledge of hiring practices for specialized roles like Demand Writers or Litigation Paralegals.- Experience collaborating with law firm partners, HR teams, or staffing agencies.**Benefits**:**Compensation & Benefits**:- Competitive monthly compensation in USD (DOE).- Access to a $200k+ perk marketplace with instant discounts on 150+ services.- Access up to 50% of approved earnings before payday (no credit checks or fees).- On-time, in-currency pay.
