_“Our e-commerce specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels for our company. This includes overseeing product listings, coordinating with various teams to ensure accurate inventory, implementing marketing strategies, and analyzing data to improve the overall performance of the e-commerce platform. Our coordinator will often collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to enhance the online shopping experience and drive sales growth.”_- Scheme: On-site- Area of expertise of the position: 3 years- Location: Colonia del Valle, CDMXCompany profile- Line of business: Body composition Analizer (Medical Device)- Industry:Medical equipments**Requirements**:- Academic studies: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.- Experience : Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in e-commerce or a related field is often preferred.- Practical experience with online sales channels, product listings, and order fulfillment.- Familiarity with online payment systems, shipping logistics, and customer service processes.- Experience in using analytics tools to track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics.- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT.- Languages: English/Spanish- Programs to be mastered: Microsoft Tools**Responsibilities**:- Manage and maintain product in the e-commerce platforms.(Amazon, Liverpool, InBody e-commrece)- Troubleshoot store and client issues as they arise- Add or change store processes and functionality for a better customer experience.- Monitor, analyze and report on marketplace metrics and sales, including on-time fulfillment & daily inventory updates- Assist with inventory management across all warehouses.- Support the implementation and ongoing management of the product database.- Manage the data feed between the product database and wholesale partners to accurately communicate product information- Identify opportunities to execute strategic marketing on e-commerce platforms, including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization, content creation- Assist with other marketing and e-commerce tasks as needed.- Increase Sales- Experience with basic Microsoft Excel functionSoft skills and characteristics (examples):- Communication- Teamwork- Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering outstanding service and resolving customer issues.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a cooperative and collaborative approach.- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve order-related issues effectively.- Familiarity with inventory management and order fulfillment processes- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing e-commerce trends and technologies.
