**¿Que harás?**Desempeño de actividades relacionadas con la logística de importación y exportación de embarques de la empresa**¿Cómo lo harás?**- Elaboración de documentación aduanera necesaria para los embarques de importación y exportación de ambas aduanas.- Seguimiento de embarques de importación y exportación desde origen hasta destino.- Atención y seguimiento de embarques en aduana mexicana cuando se les asigna reconocimiento aduanero o cualquier requerimiento en plataforma de la autoridad aduanera.- Preparación de reportes de traceabilidad de embarques y sus tiempos.- Elaboración de pedimentos virtuales mensuales.- Elaboración de pedimentos de cambio de régimen.- Identificación de los activos fijos importados documental contra físicamente.- Elaboración de documentación aduanera Americana.- Preparación de reportes de requerimiento gerencial (cantidades generadas de desperdicio, cantidades de retorno de materias primas).- Archivo y control de documentación aduanera (facturas, pedimentos, manifiestos de carga, bill of ladings).- Análisis, lectura y captura de Bill of materials.- Otras Responsabilidades que determine el supervisor- Participar en los entrenamientos asignados según el plan anual de capacitación- Coordinar las actividades del transportista interno y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio- Asegurar la logística de transportación de mercancías- Coordinación de entrega de producto terminado en las diferentes fleteras en El Paso TX.- Tramitología ante las diferentes aduanas (mexicana y americana)- Conservar en buen estado su equipo de computo- Mantener la limpieza y organización de su área de trabajo (implementando las 5's.)- Cumplir con los horarios establecidos en el área de trabajo.- Participar en el cumplimiento aplicando la politica de calidad.- Seguir las reglas y procedimientos de la empresa.¿Qué buscamos?- Carrera terminada o trunca y 1 año de experiência en conocimiento de actividades de aduanas.- Experiência Mínima 4 Años- Excelente actitud de servicio para clientes internos y externos- Visa Laser- Ingles 60% (indispensable).- Análisis y procesamiento de información.- Análisis de datos cuantitativos.- Conocimientos técnicos relacionados con el trabajo.- Manejo de los programas de software
