**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and Spanish_Ability to prioritize and organize effectivelyAbility to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environmentAbility to handle multiple projects and prioritiesAbility to quickly identify business problems/opportunitiesAbility to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward mannerExperience working on business app development projects, including ERPUnderstanding what modern companies need to automate their businessThe desire to work on a completely new product, to experiment, to try new things**Responsibilities**- Analyze external ERP market dynamics and other data sources to assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations. Provide business analysis support for system enhancements and new product development. This includes documenting business requirements and fully testing any new development initiatives.- Develop project estimates by identifying phases and elements, personnel requirements, and costs- Gain an understanding of internal business systems and processes to provide ongoing support.- Perform tax research and analysis to ensure state and local tax requirements are met and the data being managed in the databases are accurate- Perform other duties as requested**Additional Information**:- This is a 100% remote position - you should be comfortable working from home with the ability to join frequent Zoom video calls- Full-time, 40 hours per week.- Contract-to-hire based on results after 2 or 3 months.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 3 monthsPay: $20,000.00 - $35,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- What's your experience with ERP solutions?- What's your LinkedIn profile?
