Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.- Experience in the LatAm market is a significant advantage.What you will do:**Content Strategy & Planning**:- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals.- Keep content fresh and engaging by staying ahead of trends.- Manage content calendars for social media, website, webinars, and ads.**Leadership & Management**:- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, copywriters, and videographers.**Content Creation & Quality Control**:- Ensure all content is high-quality and on-brand as the chief editor.- Review and approve team and external content.- Participate in creating content, including videos and social media posts.**External Relations**:- Manage relationships with agencies and subcontractors to meet deadlines and expectations.**Performance Analysis & Optimization**:- Monitor content performance metrics to drive improvements.- Keep content competitive by staying updated on industry trends.**Service Level Agreements (SLAs) & Cadence**:- Meet SLAs for quick and efficient content delivery.- Balance speed and quality in content production.What we can offer you:- Full-time remote collaboration.- Professional freedom, where we trust your experience instead of wasting each other's time and effort micromanaging.- A comfortable digital office.
