Job Description:**Requirements**:- 5 to 8 years of experience in Payroll processes (end-to-end)- Payroll Software Knowledge (ERP, SAP, Revolution, TRESS, Workday)- Experience in implementing the TRESS system & Workday- Expert in calculation and solid legal knowledge in IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, IDSE, SUA, SAT, Social Security Law- Calculation and payment of employer obligations and social benefits- Settlement calculations, additions, terminations, salary adjustments, loans, discounts- Implement internal controls and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll data.- Skilled in sheets and manipulation of data- Fluent in English (preferred)- Excellent communication skills- Strong analytical and problem solving skills- Strong client support, resulting in a positive employee experience- Strong knowledge of general ledger to support accounting inquiries and resolve reconciling items related to payrollIf you are interested in an open position but feel you may not meet all the listed qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.Terex Overview:At Terex, we fully embrace the increasingly diverse world around us and strive to create an empowering and welcoming workplace culture.
