Your key responsibilities will include:**Customer Interaction**: Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.**Coordinating and Scheduling Appointments**: Efficiently coordinate and schedule job appointments between field employees and clients, ensuring convenient routes that won't affect the logistics of our operations.**Order Entry**: Accurately enter orders into our software system, ensuring that all details for specific jobs are recorded correctly.**Following Up with Clients**: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients, providing updates on their orders and addressing any further needs they may have.**Placing Correct Orders**: Ensure that correct orders are placed for specific jobs, guaranteeing the accurate fulfillment of client requirements.**Dispatch Coordination**: The vital role of Dispatch Coordination involves working closely with our skilled technicians to ensure timely and efficient dispatch, resolving any scheduling conflicts.
