We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Dispatch Team Supervisor** to manage and oversee the daily operations of our Dispatch Team. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery, meeting customer expectations, and driving continuous improvement within the dispatch function.Key Responsibilities- Supervise, direct, and support the daily activities of the Dispatch Team.- Coordinate and optimize dispatch schedules to ensure timely and efficient service.- Prioritize incoming requests and allocate resources effectively.- Communicate and collaborate with internal managers and other departments to align operations with business needs.- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback, coaching, and support as needed.- Develop, implement, and maintain dispatch procedures, policies, and best practices.- Address and resolve escalated operational issues to ensure customer satisfaction.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to efficiency initiatives.- Prepare and present performance reports and metrics to management.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or related field (preferred).- Proven experience in dispatch operations, logistics, or team supervision.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.- Proficiency with dispatching software, scheduling tools, and MS Office Suite.Competencies- Leadership and people management- Customer service orientation- Analytical and strategic thinking- Process improvement mindset- Conflict resolution and decision-makingWhat We Offer- Competitive salary and benefits package- Growth and development opportunities- A dynamic and collaborative work environmentTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 al mesEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- dispatch operations, logistics, or team supervision.: 6 años (Deseable)- dispatching software, scheduling tools, and MS Office Suite.: 6 años (Deseable)- people management: 6 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
