Responsibilities:

Sales Closing:

  • Finalize sales by persuading customers to make a purchase decision.
  • Use effective closing techniques to overcome objections and secure contract signatures.

Follow-up with Potential Customers:

  • Follow up with potential customers throughout the sales process, answering questions and providing additional information as needed.
  • Maintain regular communication with potential customers to keep their interest and foster trust in the brand.

Negotiation of Terms:

  • Negotiate sales terms and conditions, including prices, payment terms, and other contractual details.
  • Ensure that agreements are beneficial for both the company and the customer.

Collaboration with the Sales Team:

  • Work closely with the sales teams to understand customer needs and develop effective closing strategies.
  • Provide feedback on sales strategies and the most sellable products.
