Spare Parts Coordinator

**Duties**:- Creation of spare parts offers and orders, ensuring customer’s satisfaction.- Responsible for the spare part stock and dispatch area.- Correspondence with customers and headquarters.- Handling of inquiries.- Technical clarification for spare parts and/or recommended spare parts lists and offers- Preparation of quotations and spare parts proposals.- Processing and follow up of invoicing of spare parts and warranty orders.- Dispatch and packaging of orders, forwarding of shipping documents to customers.- Checking of sales invoices.- Preparation of proposals for stock keeping**Requirements**:- Preferable experience with part lists, preparing quotes and order administration.- Preferable knowledge of construction machinery and/or maritime cranes.- Demonstrated initiative to visualize, organize, manage, and complete projects.- Ability to interface with all levels of staff.- Perform other related duties as assigned.- Organized, exact and precise working- Must maintain a valid driver’s license at all times.- Willingness to travel.**One Passion.
