Main Duties and Responsibilities:Pre-Sales- Conduct quality product training and technical guidance to customer to resolve technical problems- Build quality relationship with customers and managers- Provide in house technical support to sales staff- Leading the design of the program for the customer- Constantly collect and feedback on customers and market’s demand toward company’s productsAfter-Sales- After-sales technical support (training, maintenance, hands-on repair, remote support)- Feedback product related issues to research and development personnel for improvement- Summarize issues and organize them into technical questions on reporting- Develop and produce quality guidelines materials as per customer requirementNon-technical requirements:- Good written and spoken communication skills- Support focus mind, capable to solve / simplify customer challenges- Willing to learn and patience when dealing with tight timelines- Good analytic thinking and ability of solving the technical problems- Be friendly, energetic, passionate independentlyJob requirement:- Technical competency in android POS or any relevant experience will be bonus- Must understand coding logic
