About the Role Given the highly competitive nature of the Los Cabos market, we are ideally looking for a well-connected individual with an excellent reputation in the world of luxury destination weddings . This person will be expected to generate business opportunities with confidence and ease, while embodying the warmth, attention to detail, and elevated service that define the Del Cabo brand. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary representative of Del Cabo Weddings to clients, hotel partners, venues, and high-level industry stakeholders. Identify, pursue, and close strategic business opportunities. Build and nurture long-term relationships with hotels, venues, vendors, and key players within the luxury wedding industry in Los Cabos. Oversee the execution of operations and service protocols, ensuring all weddings meet the highest industry standards of quality and logistics. Supervise and monitor work orders and their execution. Manage the planning, logistics, and overall supervision of select destination weddings. Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, floral, furniture) to deliver seamless, high-impact client experiences. Oversee and control event-related finances, including contracts, payments, and invoicing. Review and analyze KPIs to measure performance, profitability, and growth opportunities. Create executive reports detailing results, projections, and areas for improvement. Develop, manage, and monitor event budgets. Ensure efficient, scalable, and profitable departmental operations in line with broader company goals. Lead and develop your team of wedding planners and operational staff, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and premium service. Establish internal processes that foster professional growth , accountability, and operational excellence. Ideal Candidate Profile Strategic, organized, and results-driven leader. Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading within the weddings, hospitality, or luxury events industry. Strong professional reputation and existing network in the Los Cabos wedding market . Proven success in sales, client acquisition, and team leadership . Fluent in English , both written and spoken. Proficient in CRM systems , Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Canva. Why Join Us?
