Wabtec has been doing that for decades and we will continue to do so Through our people, leadership development, services, technology and scale, Wabtec delivers better outcomes for global customers by speaking the language of industry.**Responsibilities**:- Support to the production lines in the doubts that are generated every day.- Daily attention to equipment failures in their assigned area.- Leadership, monitoring, analysis and solution of equipment failures.- Support to technical personnel in the resolution of equipment failures.- Follow-up and closure of corrective actions to avoid equipment failures.- Support in investigations and actions to be implemented to reduce defects per machine.- Closing of orders generated day by day in the teams in charge, in the MAXIMO system.- Preparation of daily operations report based on the MAXIMUM.- Generation and updating of metric graphs in their area of responsibility.- Budget control assigned to your area of responsibility.- Development of the personnel in charge.- Development of Risk Reduction projects.- Development of Cycle Time Reduction projects.- Development of Cost Time Reduction projects.- Closure of alerts in OpsVision and actions in the WOS**Education**:- Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Administrator or similar- Minimum experience of 3 years in the Maintenance area.- Knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electronics, Electricity, Power, substations- Knowledge of computer packages such as Office.- English 85%Special RequirementsKnowledge in:- Intermediate PLC- Ppen and closed loop servomechanisms.
