Plan, coordinate and carry out process audits in the cement plants to ensure assets (mills, kilns, dryers, etc.) are performing efficiently according to established standards.Develop action plans derived from process audits to assure follow-up on opportunities areas to improve performance.**Main Responsibilities**:- Process measurements, analysis, and improvement of all equipment in area, following Cemex’s standards and process tools.- Analyze and solve potential and identified problems in equipment to improve performance.- Continuous monitoring on equipment´s performance though official connectivity systems and information tools.- Improve yield and reliability of all process equipment and optimize power and fuel consumption through process assessments and action execution.- Follow up and improvement of Kiln/Mill Essentials- Follow up to annual assessment process program in all regions.- Process and Benchmark studies, using CEMEX’s global networks.- Commissioning of new equipment (projects).**Position Challenges**:- Gain trust in cement operations to keep open doors to suggestions.- Assure follow-up on plans derived from process assessment.**Qualifications**:- English at least B2 or higher and Spanish.- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or General Engineering.- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Access.- Strategic and Analytical Thinking- Structured & analytical, being capable of detecting relevant facts for integral problem solving.- Communication of ideas effectively in both oral and written form.- Ability to work effectively with others to accomplish common goals.**Internal/External Relations**:Suppliers and Sector-based Organizations**CEMEX Diversity and Inclusion Statement**:At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business.
