At Citi, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your career, give back to your community and make a real impact.**Job Overview**:**Responsibilities**:Ensures integrity & quality in the end-to-end payroll process.Ensures compliance, integrity & quality in the Payroll CFDI reporting through HRMS payroll system and PAC.Follows up to employee inquiries in Service Now system.Follow up to KPI´s.Promotes continuous improvement.Performance management, six team members.Collaborates with global, regional and local teams.**Qualifications**:10 years of experience in end-to-end Payroll processes and its tax compliance.Operational experience in a shared services environment.Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Proficient), Word, Outlook, Power Point, Banking Platforms.
