**Vacante para la empresa Blackstone Studio en Zapopan, Jalisco**:**//Company Overview****//About the role**:**//Responsibilities**:- Screen and qualify inbound leads generated from various marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the company’s target audience.- Arrange discovery meetings for Sales Executives to further assess a prospect’s business needs and potential for conversion.- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting quotas to ensure targets are achieved.- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of lead-generation campaigns.- Maintain accurate and updated records in the company’s CRM system, tracking all sales activities and customer interactions for future analysis.- Stay current with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to align strategies and provide insights.//What you need:- 1-3 years of experience in an SDR role or a similar position generating leads or sales, within the software or technology industry.- Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with active listening ability.- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach for achieving and exceeding goals.- Time management and organizational skills for the management and tracking of leads.- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, preferably HubSpot or similar platforms.- In-depth understanding of the sales process and dynamics for services.- Knowledge of prospecting and sales techniques and strategies.- Billingual English Proficiency (C1/C2).**//Nice to have**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.**//What we offer**:- Competitive monthly pay.- Commissions.- 100% remote work.- 28 days of time off.- A positive and healthy work environment that encourages respect and allows everyone to fully utilize their talents.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Comercial / Ventas**Industria**:Desarrollo de Software / Programación**Habilidades**:- English- Communication- Results-driven- Generating Leads- CRM
