The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment to this class.- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate sources, like social media networks, internal job postings, ant others- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes- Onboard new employees to become fully integrated- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team**Responsibilities for Integral management system**To actively participate on Integral management system audits*****Formal Education & Certification**- BS in Industrial Psychology, and administration preferred, other areas of study may be considered*****Knowledge & Experience**- + 3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (panel, structured. competency-based, stress, etc.)- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.)- Ability to organize recruitment action plans for finding talent from all levels (hourly, admin, and leadership positions)- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever), and social media networking- Strong communication skills- Well organized- Advanced English is a plus- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus***Universal Electronics Inc.
