As a Sales Executive specializing in Air Freight, NFO (Next Flight Out), and Small Packages, you will be responsible for managing and expanding sales in time-critical and small package logistics. This position requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in air freight and time-critical logistics.
- Develop a deep understanding of NFO and small package solutions to tailor offerings to customer needs.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
- Prepare and present customized sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand service offerings.
- Negotiate pricing agreements with clients while ensuring profitability.
- Analyze shipping costs and market rates to offer competitive yet sustainable pricing.
Qualifications:
- English resume is required.
- Fluent in English level C1/C2 both written and verbal.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Full-time position with availability to work on weekends, as needed. Airfreight experience is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Understanding of German-speaking markets and cultural nuances.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
