**U. S based Company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager for the Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico office.****Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:- Assist in recruit, hire and train his/hers team.- Set goals and assess team's processes and procedures to achieve goals. Report to Business Development Director on said goals.- Identify opportunities of improvement.- Foster healthy relationships between team players.- Assess individual performances through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions if needed.- Help close leads produced for you team.- At least 2 years of experience in Customer/Sales service.- Fully bilingual English/Spanish. Knowledge of American culture is a plus.- Bachelor's degree.- Strong oral and written communication skills.- Leadership skills to meet team goals.- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media and staffing platforms.- Preferable but not obligated background/knowledge in industrial and commercial construction, events, renewal energy, warehouse, medical and clerical staffing, but other experience will be considered.- Outgoing demeanor.- Persuasive.**What we offer**:- Company laptop.- Great working environment in the best professional performance facilities Cd.
