Work closely with sales management team to effectively operate all sales support needs- Provide customer service & sales support for in-house key accounts- Build and maintain strong working relationships with specified accounts- Effectively manage office phone line and provide prompt and immediate service for all accounts- Enter various forms of data; purchase orders, SMU forms, and others as assigned- Work closely with allocations, shipping, and receiving teams to ensure all product ships on time- Attend market appointments with accounts; take notes during meetings and follow-up after when needed- Manage and execute SMU (Special Make Up) for specific account needs- Verify orders are accurate and received with enough lead-time to ship within preferred ship window- Help execute account special requests in a timely and efficient manner- Manage order file and ensure that our accounts are fully informed of order status, fill rates, and expected inventory due-in information- Ensure the timely disposition of all order discrepancies, shortages, mis-shipments, and defective product returns- Work with production team to ensure any special ticketing requirement are handled at the factory level- Report on weekly shipping goals and monthly targets- Responsible for set up and break down during account line showings- Responsible for all sample coordination between accounts and logging of all sample requests- Work cross functionally with all other departments as needed- Other duties as assigned**Salary**: $5,100.00 per week**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales Major Accounts: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English 85% - 95% (required)Work Location: In person
