If you’re looking for a company where you can make a real impact, this is it.**About the Role**We’re hiring a **Customer Support Specialist** to join our real-time operations team. You’ll help manage live deliveries, support customers and drivers through our platform, and solve problems as they happen.**Important Schedule Information**This position requires flexibility. You will work:- **Four 10-hour shifts per week**:- **Three days off per week**:- **Shifts vary and rotate across all 7 days**:- **Evening, weekend, and early morning availability is required**:- Days off may change weekly based on team needsIf you’re looking for a consistent 9-5 schedule, this isn’t the role.
