Requisition ID: 30483- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXDanfoss is looking for an experienced Technical Support & Applications Manager based in Mexico.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Management of the Technical Support & Application teams- Development of technical skills of the team members- To share lessons learned and technical knowledge transfer to the team members, leveraging the knowledge management of the team- Technical Support for complex requirements by the customers- To represent the Danfoss brand in terms of technical support to public, local institutions- To participate and connect within the Danfoss Technical Support & Application network- To guarantee that the complaint standard procedures are followed on a timely manner with high quality standards- Cooperation with suppliers, managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.- Coaching team members.**Background & Skills**:- First and foremost, you are a decisive and proactive person, who can communicate well at all levels.- You are motivated by driving continuous improvements.- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with expertise in thermodynamics and controls (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics)- Minimum experience of 3 years as People Manager (Supervisor/Coordinator/Manager)- Proficient English & Spanish language skills**Employee Benefits**:This information will be disclosed during the recruitment process.**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
