Account Manager Job Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to lead and manage sales strategies across assigned regional accounts. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies to achieve sales and margin objectives for the company. Key Responsibilities: Achieve targeted sales and net profit on the region by negotiating prices, volumes, and trade terms with customers. Manage relationships with contacts within current and new customers, conducting face-to-face meetings and presentations periodically to reach channel expansion and sales growth plans. Deeply understand consumers and customers' behavior and overall business dynamics to effectively develop the channel within the company. Plan and lead necessary campaigns and promotional plans in coordination with internal and external teams, overseeing the correct and timely execution. Monitor key customer indicators such as sales/margin results, accounts receivable, on-time delivery, competitors' activities, and market prices to identify action plans, process optimizations, and take necessary corrective measures to assure targets achievement. Prepare and maintain sales forecasts for the accounts to secure the timely fulfillment of orders and healthy inventory levels for the company, proactively proposing special activities for slow-moving items. Be an advocate internally for our customers and ensure that we not only meet their service level agreements but deliver the best possible customer experience, creating positive working relationships across all levels of the organization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, International Trade, Digital Business, or related field. 4+ years of work experience in distributors, wholesalers, hardware stores, furniture stores. Intermediate–advanced level of English. Forecast management. Resilience to frustration. Must be familiar with reporting and sales metrics (Salesforce).
