We focus on areas of medicine where we can make the biggest difference: Cardiovascular & Metabolism, Immunology, Infectious Diseases & Vaccines, Neuroscience, Oncology, and Pulmonary Hypertension.We are Janssen.Our mission drives us.Our patients inspire us.We collaborate with the world for the health of everyone in it.**We are searching for the best talent for Tax Supervisor to be in Mexico City, Mexico****You will be responsible for**:- Compliance with monthly and annual federal income taxes, value added tax, withholding taxes, as well as full knowledge of transfer pricing studies- Compliance with Sox Compliance, review and analysis of income tax account reconciliation in provisional and annual payments, ISR withholdings, VAT withholdings, Value Added Tax- Analysis of recoveries of balances in favor of VAT and review of attention to requirements of the tax authorities to present them in a timely manner- Review and analysis with external auditors for audit release of financial statements in matters of tax matters- Analysis of deferred tax assets, deferred tax liabilities, determination of ETR / effective rate.- Analysis of corporate taxes for USGAAP/MXGAAP tax reports- Determination of Forecast of tax accounts, provisional payments, annual tax, value added tax and withholdings, as well as ETR in P&L.- Review and analysis of tax accounting reconciliation, fixing of income CFDIs, payment supplements, electronic accounting.**Qualifications**:**QUALIFICATIONS**:- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in Accounting/Finance, or any related business is required.- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in tax and accounting or related business is required- Experience in tax reporting, transfer pricing, accounting and tax calculation is required.- SAP Knowledge and working experience- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.- Experience in Multinational companies that have a matrix structure / environmentPreferred:- Advanced degree or professional certifications such as MBA/Master’s, CMA, CPA or equivalent.- Prior supervisory experience with passion for people management/talent development is preferred.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools and have an intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is required.- OneSource Tax Provision software experience is preferred.
