You'll use your fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele and provide top-tier assistance. From managing appointments to cold calling potential leads, you'll play a crucial role in our success.**Key Responsibilities**:- Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with clients in both English and Spanish.- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing documents.- Use your outgoing personality to engage with social media leads and potential patients.- Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities.- Utilize Go High Level software proficiently to streamline tasks and optimize workflows.- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.**Qualifications**:- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.- Experience with Go High Level software preferred.- Comfortable with cold calling and engaging with potential clients.**Schedule**:This position is part-time initially, with hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
