They support clinics and healthcare teams by delivering specialized medications that require clear education, accurate explanation, and strong relationship management. They’re looking for a Sales Executive who can operate in a complex medical sales environment with minimal training, owning the entire sales process from cold outreach and discovery to video presentations, nurturing cycles, and driving long‑term clinic adoption. What You’ll Do Conduct daily outbound calls and multi‑touch outreach to clinics across multiple states. Lead full‑cycle sales: prospecting, qualification, education, presentations, and closing. Explain compounding services clearly to physicians and clinic decision‑makers. Manage long‑nurture, consultative sales cycles with consistent follow‑up. Maintain accurate CRM notes, pipeline updates, and activity logs across tools. What You Bring 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, dental, or regulated technical sales. Proven success managing full‑cycle sales including cold outreach and multi‑step nurturing. Excellent communication skills to simplify specialized pharmacy concepts. Strong investigative skills, organization, and persistence in long‑cycle sales. Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM), Zoom, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams. This role offers full ownership of the sales process within a fast‑growing pharmacy services organization, driving clinic adoption, patient access, and long‑term growth across multiple states.
