We are looking for a Quality Engineer QMS to join our team helping to Implement QMS Propel workflows: corrective actions, document control, Data analysis QMS effectiveness, internal audits, and suppliers’ audits/scorecards and plan & train QMS processes, ISO9001:2015 Standard, Internal Audit and Overall Policies**Job Content**In this position, you will be providing support to Quality Manager- Coach operations and teams on QMS principles- process approach.- Identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize by impact to operations within priorities set by management.- Foster an environment of continuous improvement through engagement, training, and support at all levels of the organization.- Prepare appropriate documents to report progress on QMS: CAPA, NCR/SCAR’S & Internal Audits.- Present and teach information regarding QMS.- Participate in QMS Internal Audits lead auditor and as auditor (Regional Audits)- Works closely with and receives program support and direction from Quality Mgr. and BDNA Quality Excellence Project Manager.- Work closely with Leaders in the business to evaluate and challenge the status quo, identifying and executing functional and cross-functional improvement opportunities.- Other duties as assigned.- Conducts root cause analysis related to Quality using the adequate tools of a set as defined by BD and its investors (RCCM, A3, 8D, 5Why, TTI, Project Charter etc**).****Profile**- Minimum 3 years demonstrated expertise in a Quality Management role, CQE os SQE- Minimum 3 years in a Manufacturing environment- ISO9001:2015 Implementation expertise- ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification or demonstrated experience- Speak English.- Strong interpersonal skills requiring the ability to resolve conflicting interests and obtain cooperation.- Experience working in a Global Organization- Manufacturing Engineering / Process Engineering / Quality Assurance / ISO9000 Internal Auditing experience is a plus.**Our Offer**You will have the opportunity to learn and build experience and further expand your skills in a highly dynamic team.We offer you a job in an agile and international working environment where entrepreneurship and creativity are valued.You will receive an attractive salary package according to your experience topped with fringe benefits.Are you interested?Apply**Interested?**:Please apply, we are looking forward to hear from you**Nayeli Hernández, HR Specialist
