We are seeking a passionate and motivated Business Development Intern to join our team at Vanguard Latam. This role provides hands-on exposure to how Vanguard builds partnerships with leading financial asset managers, distributors, and advisors in Brazil while working closely with regional teams in Mexico. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop market knowledge on the Brazilian investment market, enhance analytics and presentation skills, and learn about the investment industry across Latin America.**Core Responsibilities**- Support business development initiatives focused on Vanguard’s presence in Brazil.- Assist in preparing presentations.- Conduct research on Brazilian market trends, competitor products, and regulatory developments.- Help maintain CRM systems, track business development activities, and prepare reports for regional leadership.- Contribute to the planning and execution of client events, webinars, and roadshows with Brazilian institutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, compliance).- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.**Qualifications**- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or International Relations. Strong interest in financial markets. Fluency in English and Spanish.- Proficiency in Portuguese is highly valuable.- Strong communication and organizational skills.- Analytical mindset with the ability to research, interpret, and present market data.- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, multicultural environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.**How We Work**Vanguard has implemented a hybrid working model for the majority of our crew members, designed to capture the benefits of enhanced flexibility while enabling in-person learning, collaboration, and connection.
