At Sonoran Glass, we value teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction.**Position: Customer Service/Dispatch Representative****Role and Responsibilities**: As a Customer Service/Dispatch Representative at Sonoran Glass, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring their experience is exceptional from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include:**Customer Interaction**: Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.**Coordinating and Scheduling Appointments**: Efficiently coordinate and schedule job appointments between field employees and clients, ensuring convenient routes that won't affect the logistics of our operations.**Order Entry**: Accurately enter orders into our software system, ensuring that all details for specific jobs are recorded correctly.**Following Up with Clients**: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients, providing updates on their orders and addressing any further needs they may have.**Placing Correct Orders**: Ensure that correct orders are placed for specific jobs, guaranteeing the accurate fulfillment of client requirements.**Dispatch Coordination**: The vital role of Dispatch Coordination involves working closely with our skilled technicians to ensure timely and efficient dispatch, resolving any scheduling conflicts. This position is integral to optimizing resource utilization, maintaining punctuality, and ensuring a seamless workflow, ultimately contributing to a well-organized and productive operation.**Record Keeping**: Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, orders, and service appointments in our database.**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with the sales team, technicians, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the company's overall success.**Requirements**:- Proven experience in customer service or dispatch roles, preferably in a related industry.- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer support software.- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.- Have a reliable internet connection, a quiet dedicated space to work, and at least two monitors.**Benefits**:- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Professional development opportunities and ongoing training.- A supportive and collaborative work environment.Pay: $20,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Dispatching / Customer Service: 5 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
