Start your journey.Partner with Compensation leadership and HR Business Partners as the Compensation Partner for multiple client groups and independently handle client relationshipsProvide advice and pay recommendations, participate in salary surveys, and conduct job evaluations for employees at all levelsInspire change management, process improvement, communications and engagement initiativesWork closely with key partners and act as the primary lead during the annual planning cycle for assigned client groups including auditing and reporting for roll up meeting with senior leadersLead multiple projects such as annual compensation planning, salary structure management and pay transparency to name a few**What We're Looking For**:Five years of professional experience3+ years of demonstrated ability in compensation or related fieldProficiency in analytics and presentation tools, including Excel and PowerPointProficiency in producing leadership-ready presentationsDemonstrated experience developing and implementing broad-based global compensation programsDemonstrated experience in building and leveraging cross functional relationships with Human Resources, Finance and LegalSkilled knowledge of global compensation plans, laws, and regulations to include FLSA, EEO, 409A, and other wage and hour rules and regulationsStrong analytical abilityStrong customer service presence and focusLocation MexicoClick here to learn more about the benefits we offer in Mexico.The #TeamGBT Experience**Work and life**: Find your happy medium at Amex GBT.Flexible benefits are tailored to each country and start the day you do.
