Team by the Minute is looking for a customer service representative that can work remotely. We are looking for someone with call center or reception experience and an excellent attitude. Our agents answer calls from insurance agencies in the United States and transcribe each call. This is a full-time position working 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday. We also offer part-time work on Monday, Tuesdays, and Fridays.We are offering $3.50 USD with a raise to $4.00 an hour after six months. As a benefit, we also have a bonus structure set in place for employees who exceed the productivity metrics ( 2 hours and 20 minutes of total talk time daily) established by the company:2 hours and 45 minutes (daily average for month)- $175.00 USD MXN) month bonus3 hours and 15 minutes (daily average for month)- $350.00 USD MXN) month bonus.3 hours and 45 minutes (daily average for month)- $525.00 USD MXN) month bonusRequired: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
