HR MANAGER GERENTE DE RECURSOS HUMANOS**Your new company****Your new role**HR Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.**What you'll need to succeed**Bachelor´s degree (B.A.); Ten years´ direct human resources experience at managerial level; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Master´s Degree is highly desired.**Responsibilities**:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesManage the recruitment and selection processSupport current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capitalDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organizationNurture a positive working environmentOversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performanceMaintain pay plan and benefits programReport to management and provide decision support through HR metricsEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource managementDriving Results- Drive metrics for sustainable results.- Takes hands-on approach as needed and does not operate “from a distance.”Leading People- Develops strong, diverse teams of people with multiple cultures, perspectives, and talents.- Engages the team at all levels through his/her enthusiasm and excitement about the business and opportunities.Collaborating and Influencing- Builds effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including key customers.- Facilitates discussions to enable people to collaborate with each other independently; promotes collaboration across multiple parties.Integrity- Acts in line with corporate beliefs and values under normal circumstances.- Expresses honest opinions when not obligated to do so.OTHER PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS- A person with unquestioned integrity and moral character; an individual other can trust without reservation.- A team player who respects the individual and values differences.- An individual who clearly demonstrates a flexible style; who is able to quickly and effectively adapt his/her approach when the situation changes.- An individual with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.- An individual comfortable with other cultures who can integrate various perspectives- Analytical, comfortable with data.
