Director, Business Development

What You Will Do: Drive Strategy & Sales : Develop and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for our AI‑powered strategic design and consulting services, targeting Fortune 500 and large corporate clients. Own the Full Sales Cycle : Lead the entire sales process from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing complex, high-value contracts. Act as a Trusted Advisor : Engage with C‑suite executives to understand their core business challenges and co‑create a vision for how AI can drive measurable impact and competitive advantage. Design & Articulate Value : Collaborate closely with our internal strategy and technology teams to architect bespoke solutions and articulate a compelling value proposition that resonates with both business and technical leaders. Build a Powerful Ecosystem : Identify, forge, and manage strategic partnerships with technology companies, cloud providers, and consulting firms to expand our reach and enhance our offerings. What You Will Bring: Proven Enterprise Sales Experience : 8‑10+ years in business development, consultative sales, or a commercial role, with a clear track record of exceeding targets by selling complex solutions (e.g., strategic consulting, enterprise software, transformation projects) to large corporations. C‑Suite Relationship Builder : Demonstrated experience in building and nurturing relationships with senior executives, backed by exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strategic & Consultative Mindset : The ability to quickly understand a client's business model, identify critical pain points, and craft a compelling, long‑term vision for value creation. Language Proficiency : Full business fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
