Los escuchamos a través de diversos canales, vamos a fondo para entender cuáles son sus necesidades, buscamos soluciones y dejamos todo para darle una atención personalizada. Ah Y como en todo equipo de Real Trends, medimos lo que hacemos, lo analizamos y tomamos decisiones para mejorar día a día.**¿Cuáles serían tus responsabilidades como Customer Satisfaction Specialist?**- Atención por chat, mail y teléfono.- Seguimiento de principio a fin de la consulta o reclamo del usuario.- Orientación a resultados.- Resolver las inquietudes de los usuarios con independencia.- Seguimiento de las encuestas de NPS de Customer Satisfaction.- Contacto con los detractores de NPS de Real Trends.- Participación y organización de actividades al interior del equipo.**Requirements**:**¿Qué necesitamos que tengas para aplicar a esta posición?**- Secundario completo.- Al menos 2 años en posiciones similares.- Conocimiento de excel y google sheets.- Proactividad, organización y team work.**¿Qué cosas extras suman?**- Conocimientos de Portugués.- Experiência con plataformas tipo CRM (Intercom - Zendesk - Salesforce)**Benefits**- Home office flex- Horario flex- 10 días hábiles de vacaciones + semana off entre fiestas de fin de año.- Bono anual- Programa de capacitaciones- Idioma Inglés/ Portugués- Presupuesto Healthy- Día off por cumpleaños- Día off por cumpleaños de hijos- Regalo por aniversario**Páginas de interés**InstagramFacebookLinkedIn
