**TUTORA WIN****Nível **Ejecutivo**Tipo de contrato** Interno**Tabulador **2 ó 3 grupos de 50 participantes, 13 horas por grupo, $300 por hora, en total **$3900 por grupo****Objetivo de puesto**Empoderar a mujeres para incursionar o potenciar su carrera en el ámbito tecnológico, proporcionando las herramientas necesarias para desarrollar habilidades técnicas y sociales, comprender oportunidades y construir un plan de carrera sólido.**Actividades a realizar**- Asistir a sesión de Kick off con estudiantes, sesiones de capacitación Emtech y reuniones de Teamback.- Impartir sesiones de clase síncronas frente a grupo.- Ofrece retroalimentación a las participantes con respecto a las actividades académicos.- Monitorea el rendimiento académico con base en los instrumentos de evaluación y ejecuta acciones de acompañamiento para promover la permanencia estudiantil.- Acompaña actividades de seguimiento al programa.- Orienta a sus estudiantes a definir un plan de carrera en tecnología.**Formación académica**Título universitario en campos relacionados con la tecnología, educación, psicología, desarrollo humano o afines.**Experiência requerida**- Mujer con experiência de al menos 2 años trabajando en la industria tecnológica.- Excelente oradora.- Experiência como tutora / instructora / Profesor a al menos 6 meses. De preferencia en programas virtuales o a distancia.- Nível de inglés intermedio / avanzado."- Especialista en Desarrollo Profesional Tecnológico, facilitadora en tecnología, psicóloga con enfoque en el desarrollo de carrera, educadora en el área de STEAM oCoach de carrera en área tecnológica (deseable)."**Requisitos indispensables**- Orientadora Vocacional con especialización en TEC.- Apasionada por la tecnología.**Softs skills**Vocación de enseñanza, Capacidad de gestionar grupos académicos, Resolución de conflictos, Habilidades en comunicación oral y manejo de grupos, Excelentes dotes para la comunicación escrita.**Herramientas técnicas requeridas**- Paquetería de office (principalmente Word y Excel).- Paquetería de Google (Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Forms y PPT).- Plataformas LMS.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $300.00 la horaHoras previstas: 13 por semanaHorario:- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
