**Objetivo del puesto**:Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de prospección y ventas outbound para captar nuevos clientes y expandir la base de clientes de la empresa.El Sales Development Representative (Outbound) se enfocará en generar oportunidades de negocio y cumplir con los objetivos de ventas establecidos mediante llamadas, correos electrónicos, y otros canales de comunicación directa.**Responsabilidades**:- Prospección de Clientes- Avanzar prospecto en Ciclo de Ventas- Seguimiento y Desarrollo de Clientes Potenciales- Cumplimiento de Objetivos**Requerimientos**:- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia, Comercio, o áreas afines- +3 años preferentemente en **ventas outbound**, desarrollo comercial o áreas comerciales- Manejo avanzado de herramientas **CRM**(Salesforce, Hubspot u otros)- Conocimiento de técnicas de **prospección y negociación**:- Habilidad para trabajar con **KPIs y cumplir metas**:- Deseable experiência con Account Based Marketing (ABM)- Excelentes **habilidades de comunicación** verbal y escrita- Orientación al cliente y habilidades para construir vínculos comerciales rápidos- Capacidad para **manejar objeciones**y persistencia en la negociación**Beneficios**- **Horario**: Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm. Sábado 1 vez al mes de 10:00 am a 1:00 pm- **Modalidad**: Tiempo Completo, Presencial, 100% nominal- **Sueldo**:$20,000 a $23,000 MXN netos mensuales- **Comisiones**:- **Prestaciones de ley**:- **Vales de despensa**:$2,500 MXN mensualesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
